THOMAS R. HOWARD represents clients in the areas of corporate and business law, real estate, estate planning and probate, family law and adoptions, juvenile law, criminal law, and general litigation. He is listed in Who’s Who for his work in corporate law.
Mr. Howard earned his Bachelor of Science with honors from the University of Minnesota and his Juris Doctorate from the Hamline University School of Law in 1980. He was admitted to practice law by the Minnesota State Bar in 1980 and has been practicing in the northern suburbs and the seven-county metro area since that time. He is also admitted to practice in federal court.
In addition to representing clients, Mr. Howard regularly lectures on business planning and formation issues, and constitutional law. He is fluent in German.
